Self-Assessment for Sleep
The term "sleep disorder" is widely used today and describes difficulties with falling asleep, staying asleep, or the feeling of not being refreshed after sleep. Often, those affected find themselves unable to face daily challenges with full energy after a poor night's sleep.
Sleep disorders are frequently accompanied by other burdens, such as concentration problems, irritability, and physical fatigue. These symptoms can intensify over time and lead to serious health issues. An increasing number of people are suffering from the constant strain of poor sleep, a condition that should be taken seriously.
However, the line between occasional sleep problems and chronic sleep disorders is often blurred.
My short self-assessment offers you an initial evaluation. Take five minutes to answer the following questions. The results will provide you with a preliminary orientation.
If you are struggling with persistent sleep problems, I am here to support you as a psychological counsellor. The test results can serve as a basis for a personal conversation and in-depth consultation.
After completing the self-assessment, you are welcome to schedule an appointment with me directly.
